Upload your DNA file to s3
Create presigned POST URL for file upload to s3, and then make another POST request to the returned url with the returned fields in the request body, including the file to upload. Once file is uploaded successfully to s3, include the returned file_id from this endpoint when creating the genome file job or any genome file based job (e.g. report job).
