The Carrier Status Report is exclusively available for genome files processed using the SelfDecode DNA kit. Third-party genome files are not supported for this feature at this time. For accessing Carrier Status Report, please ensure the use of a SelfDecode DNA kit.
Carrier Status Jobs
Each Carrier Status job is an entity that represent the pipeline, from start to finish, to generate the Carrier Status report for a particular profile. You can track the Carrier Status job for any updates or errors as it moves across the pipeline.
Carrier Status jobs are genome-file based jobs, meaning that they require a genome file to be processed. For more details regarding the Carrier Status jobs, their creation, and how to fetch them, please refer to the Genome File Based Jobs
Creating a Carrier Status Job for First Time

Composed Carrier Status
The carrier status job endpoint is used to generate the PDF report for your carrier status data. However, if you want the carrier status results in JSON format, you can use the /composed-carrier-status/ endpoint. This composed endpoints contains all the required details for composing your carrier status report.
Note: Using the composed carrier status endpoint will trigger carrier status report generation if it's not already generated.
