Delete an intake form question option

WARNING: Use with caution. This operation will impact all answers (if any) that have this option selected and cannot be undone.

If you want to keep the answers unaffected and just hide the option from the question, mark the option as archived = true instead via the question update or partial update endpoints by providing the option ID.
