Endpoint to list Open Targets' SNP summaries for a particular gene

Returns a paginated response of maximum 20 results at a time. If you do not pass the page parameter, it will return the first page of results, i.e. first 20 results, and if you pass page=2, it will return the second page of results, i.e. results 21-40, and so on. Results are ordered by overall_score in descending order.
