Download the paired-end WGS FASTQ files (R1 + R2) for a profile.

Returns two presigned S3 URLs in a list. Only available for genome files produced from WGS kits or raw paired-end FASTQ uploads. Returns 404 when the file is not WGS-compatible or the URLs are not yet available (e.g. supplier delivery still pending). WGS FASTQ files may be moved to cold storage after their initial availability window; if a previously-downloadable file now returns 404, reach out to your account manager to have it restored.

Note: You only get limited downloads. If you've used up your downloads contact your account manager for extra download credits.
